Would you like to return or exchange an item?

If you want to withdraw from the purchase contract, you can easily do so using the legally regulated withdrawal process. A corresponding revocation text can be found in our terms and conditions.

Especially if you are not satisfied with a delivery or a product, we want to help you quickly and easily. Simply start the complaint in your customer account in the web shop and after a few clicks we can take care of your request immediately.

You can indicate whether you want a replacement delivery or a refund of the purchase price.

Please understand that this option is only possible for sealed and complete items (sets).

We recommend that you return the products in their original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can use any other cardboard packaging that protects the products similar to our shipping packaging.
